All glossaries in TermWiki Pro are invite-only, invisible and inaccessible to normal users. Glossary creators can send invitations to other parties through the system, and indicate whether they would like the recipient to become a manager, terminologist, translator or reviewer. In the latter two cases, the glossary creator can indicate the languages they would like the party to review. If necessary, you can remove participants or change their roles using the “Manage User” page. Managers can add, import and export terms, or invite other users. Terminologists can add, edit and import source terms. Translators can translate terms into different (specified) languages. Reviewers give feedback for English or translated terms.
